It basically looks up your character on the Armory sees where you are at in terms of gear and spec and what level of raid you should expect to be doing with the gear/spec you have. It will also give tips on how to better enchant, socket and spec your character. Kinda fun. Apparently even in my pvp gear I'm supposed to be midway through TK and SSC haha.
